The Charge Control Unit is engineered for reliable power management in rural and semi-urban ("B" & "C") telecom circles, handling wide voltage fluctuations and extreme climatic conditions up to +70 °C.
Compact 6+1 rectifier slots and 4 MPPT channels, with digital CAN bus control, deliver high-efficiency charging and reliable DC power for mission-critical telecom and energy sites.
The Charge Control Unit (CCU) is a hybrid power controller that combines MPPT-based solar input with high-efficiency SMPS rectifiers to deliver stable DC output for telecom and energy applications.
Designed for standalone operation or as part of a larger DC power system, the CCU features hot-pluggable, fan-cooled rectifier and charger modules with advanced digital control for precise voltage and current management.
Delivering a constant 15 kW output (300 A at 50 V) over a 48–58 Vdc window, the system maintains performance under wide input voltage fluctuations and harsh ambient conditions.
All rectifier and MPPT modules are interconnected via a digital CAN bus, enabling coordinated control, monitoring and protection. This architecture ensures efficient load sharing, stable charging profiles and easy integration with remote monitoring systems.
Engineered to operate efficiently across fluctuating input lines common in rural and semi-urban grids.
Designed and qualified to perform reliably in ambient temperatures up to +70 °C.
Mechanical and thermal design tuned for "B" & "C" circle outdoor and semi-outdoor environments.
Fan-cooled rectifier and charger modules can be added or replaced without shutting down the system.
MPPT channels harvest solar input while SMPS rectifiers stabilise DC output, optimising overall efficiency.
The CCU can be deployed as a stand-alone charger or as part of a larger hybrid DC power system, enabling flexible architectures for telecom, ICT and energy storage sites.
The CCU chassis supports up to 6+1 rectifiers and 4 MPPT channels within a compact footprint, allowing operators to right-size power capacity and solar integration per site.
